AI coaching for owners
Learn to use AI yourself. Get your time back.
You already have an AI seat. What most owners still need is training, a clean playbook, and one workflow the team can run twice without you. That is the coaching: plain words, your real work, so the time savings stay with you after the call ends.
Who this is for
Owners who are busy and willing to learn
- You run a company with about $1M to $10M in yearly revenue.
- You are not a tech person, and you are fine with that.
- You want to save a few hours a week, not rebuild the business.
- You have tried a chat tool and it did not stick.
- You would rather learn it once than pay someone to run it forever.
- You want plain answers, not hype.
The path
Three steps. Start free.
Free workshop or mini assessment
Join a free workshop, or answer about ten questions about your week. Either way you see where the time goes and leave with the first one or two places to start.
Free
Assessment
A one-hour working session on how your business runs, then a written plan within three days. It says what to do first, what to leave alone, and why.
$1,000

Two 45 minute calls a month where you learn to do the work yourself. Start with a $2,500 setup if you want hands-on help getting your first systems in place.

How it is different
Coaching, not an agency
Most firms will offer to run AI for you. That leaves you paying them every month for something you do not understand.
Here the goal is the opposite. You learn the skill. Your team learns it. When the coaching ends, the time savings stay with you.
Who teaches it: Joseph Mugen is based in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area. He studied marketing, ran a restaurant, and uses AI every day in his own work. Read more.
