What this is

Joseph Mugen coaches business owners in the Grand Rapids area on how to use AI in their own work. Plain words. No agency dependency. He helps you count where the week goes, pick one workflow that sticks, and teach your team to run it without him in the room.

It is built for owners who are busy and not very technical, and who are willing to learn. You do not need a new tool, a new hire, or a big project. You need a plain look at where your week goes, and someone to show you the first few fixes.

The person behind it

Joseph Mugen is based in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area. He went to college for marketing, then ran a restaurant. That meant payroll, health inspectors, hiring and firing, and long days on his feet. He has spent years since then writing and marketing online.

He uses AI every day to run his own marketing. He built his own system first, and what he teaches is what he actually uses.

He also learned the hard way what AI does well. Twice, his ghostwriting work for AI companies was taken over by a chat tool.
